Eaton House The Manor Girls' School - Mrs Sarah Segrave
Mrs Sarah Segrave joined the Eaton House Group of schools in 1993. One of the founding teachers of the Preparatory School, Sarah taught virtually all subjects, though her main passion was for History. Her varied roles as Head of History, Head of Latin, Arundel Housemistress and Year Coordinator gave her plenty of opportunities to be involved in all areas of the school.
In 2001 Sarah took on the Headship of Eaton House The Manor Pre-Preparatory School. The school grew from two to three form entrance under her leadership, and in 2006 the school had a very successful inspection leading to membership of the IAPS.
After taking extended maternity leave Sarah returned to Eaton House as Headmistress of the Girls' School in September 2010, taking over from Mrs Lang.
Sarah has a BA in Education from Durham University and went on to complete an MA from the Institute of Education. She is married to Nick and they have two children, Johnny and Eloise, who are in the Boys Pre Prep School and Nursery.
