Eaton House The Manor Preparatory - Mr Jeremy Edwards

In September 2010 Jeremy Edwards became Headmaster of Eaton House the Manor Prep School and a member of the Board of Directors of the Eaton House Group of Schools. He was previously Master (Headmaster) at Westminster Under School for ten years before taking up the post.

He was educated at Monmouth School and is an English graduate from the University of London (Royal Holloway College). He took his PGCE at King's College London and in 1993 he completed a two-year course for an MA in Educational Management at the Institute of Education in London. He has worked in the secondary sector as well as the prep school world and was Head of English and Deputy Head at Emanuel School in Battersea before moving to Westminster Under in 2000.

Jeremy was an international oarsman many moons ago, representing Great Britain in the World Rowing Championships of 1977 and 1982. After hanging up his oar, he coached British junior crews. He is married to Alexa who is managing director of her own Medical Public Relations Company and has three children aged 16, 18 and 20; one at university and two in the sixth form of their respective schools. He lives near Clapham Common, loves all kinds of music and is a keen theatre-goer.
