About Us

Welcome to Eaton House Belgravia

Eaton House Belgravia is an outstanding school for boys aged 2-11, with an unsurpassed heritage stemming from its foundation in 1897.

Eaton House Belgravia is an academic superhighway, giving boys the skills and support they need for challenging 7+, 8+ and 11+ examinations. It encompasses traditional academic excellence with a dynamic, innovative and entrepreneurial spirit. Confidence, teamwork, personal motivation and an ability to form and hold your own opinions – these are key parts of an Eaton House Belgravia education.

Our notable alumni include former British Prime Minister Harold Macmillan, 1st Earl of Stockton, OM PC FRS, film director Anthony Asquith, children’s author Philip Pullman, CBE FRSL, actors and Oscar winners Sir Laurence Olivier and Eddie Redmayne, OBE, together with adventurer Bear Grylls, OBE.

In 2023, some 18 boys out of a cohort of 33 received 7+ and 8+ offers to Westminster Under, St Paul’s School and King’s College, Wimbledon and all the boys were offered excellent schools.

A Place for Aspiration

With many generations of successful past pupils to inspire him, at Eaton House Belgravia your son can aspire to be anything he wants to be. Our system of compound learning is implemented in an accumulative and responsible manner from the age of 2+. Together with rich and meaningful learning experiences, this will equip your child to achieve his goals, whether he sits his exams at 7+, 8+ or 11+.

This exciting journey is only possible if wellbeing is at the forefront of all we do. We strongly believe that a happy child is a learning child. A strong and supportive House system, daily contact and collaboration with parents, and a dedicated Head of Wellbeing, form a system of pastoral care that provides a gold standard of wellbeing throughout the school.

Our ultimate goal is to ensure that the boys enjoy the supported, stimulating and happy ‘golden childhood’ that they need and deserve, taking with them many happy memories and friends when it is time to leave us for their school of choice.
