Our Headmaster: Dr Christopher Halls

Before becoming Headmaster of Eaton House Belgravia, Christopher was at Dulwich Prep and Senior, one of the most successful Prep schools in the country. He held a number of leadership roles including Assistant Head of Middle School (where he helped parents to navigate their way through the 11+ and the ISEB pre-test process) as well as Head of the Early Years.

His academic background is perfect for Eaton House Belgravia. He was a pupil at the London Oratory School, before going on to the University of Warwick where he read German with International Studies and subsequently completing a Post Graduate Certificate in Education. It was at Oxford University where he developed his passion for research and gained his Masters in Teaching and Learning before furthering this with a Doctorate at Cambridge University where his dissertation focused on literacy development and phonics.

Together with his wife Kate (also a teacher), they have a three-year-old son and in his spare time he enjoys going for long runs and finding the time to listen to live music.
