Boys’ Exam Results

In an academic year marked by the celebration of our 125th anniversary, I am proud to present a set of results more than fitting of Eaton House’s history of academic excellence. Once again, our boys have proven that dedication, curiosity, and the courage to move out of their comfort zone will take them a long way towards their goals. I am delighted to offer warm congratulations to each of our leavers, who have won places at some of the country’s most renowned schools.

Notable amongst these successes are the many boys who achieved scholarships and awards. At 11+ these included two Academic Scholarships, a Drama Exhibition, and a Sports Exhibition to Alleyn’s School. At 13+ these included two Academic Scholarships to St Paul’s; one Academic Scholarship, one Art Scholarship to Dulwich College; one Starred Pass and Clay Prize for Geography to Harrow; one Music Scholarship to Lancing; and one Sports Scholarship to Royal Russell.

These accolades are testament not only to the hard work of our boys, but to our ethos ‘Potential is our Passion’. From our non-selective entrance in the Pre-Prep, all the way up into Year 8, we aim to identify and nurture each boy’s budding strengths and interests, encouraging his curiosity so that he will have the confidence to pursue them. Our teachers are adept at fostering talent and supporting the areas in which pupils feel less secure, to provide the boys with an education that sets them up for life.

I have no doubt that this year’s cohort will go on to flourish further in their new schools, and I look forward to hearing of their future successes.
