Eaton House The Manor site is a wonderful place.
The 1.5 acre site consists of the Boys’ Pre-Prep, for boys aged 4-8, the Boys’ Prep for boys aged 8-13 and the Girls’ School, for girls aged 4-11.
They sit side by side in separate buildings on the same site, together with a much-loved co-educational Nursery for our youngest pupils aged 2-4.
Having all the schools on one site makes our schools uniquely convenient for parental drop-off, offering all the benefits of single sex education with some shared activities for pupils.
I am based at Eaton House The Manor, but am also responsible for Eaton House Belgravia, our second site, which is an historic Pre-Prep school for boys aged 4-8.
We are ambitious for our children; we want them all to fulfil their academic potential. We want them to feel positive and enthusiastic about their lives at school; their wellbeing is at the heart of what we do.
The Manor site is set opposite beautiful Clapham Common, where the boys and girls create many happy memories playing a wide range of sports, from rugby and cricket to athletics and football.
Our schools are places where the teaching staff are passionate and learning is prioritised. This results in many scholarships each year.
At the Manor site there were 40 scholarships and awards in 2025, including the King’s Scholarship for Westminster School and the John Colet Scholarship for St Paul’s School for the Prep and the Millennium Scholarship for the Girls’ School. At Belgravia, 14 coveted 7+ offers were made to Westminster, St Paul’s and King’s Wimbledon. These results are all the more remarkable from a non-selective 2+ and 4+ entry and a testament to the passionate commitment of both teaching staffs.
However, the schools are also places where excellence is prized in sport, art, music and drama, and individuals are noticed and encouraged above all else.
We aim to develop a lifelong love of learning and a sense of adventure and self-confidence. We like pupils to make the most of the opportunities presented to them, to relish the challenge of a fast-paced academic curriculum and to be resilient.
We love kind and caring children who are observant and thoughtful and who want to contribute. We hope for pupils with a good sense of humour and a bit of spark!
If this resonates with you and it is what you hope for in your child’s unique educational journey, then please do come and visit us. We very much look forward to meeting you.
