What is ASMR?
ASMR (Autonomous Sensory Meridian Response) refers to a tingling or pins an needles sensation that occurs on the scalp and the back of the neck and back. It is a pleasant sensation that aids relaxation and is most commonly triggered by visual, or more likely, auditory stimuli.

Relaxation with Headspace
Headspace shared Instagram Live sessions with special guests for a limited time that will be available on YouTube very shortly. Why not set aside 10 minutes of your day to explore a short meditation and make use of a great offer.
