Going Greenwild

Posted: 18th November 2025

Pari Thomson’s books – ‘Greenwild, the World Behind The Door’ and ‘Greenwild, the Forest in the Sky’ – are called ‘spellbinding’ and magical’ and you can meet her and get your books signed at the Dukes Festival of Stories on November 28th at Eaton House The Manor. It is suitable for children of all ages from 2-13.

You can meet so many of your favourite authors, from Rob Biddulph to MC Grammar and M.C. Leonard, Jennifer Bell and more! Don’t worry if you don’t have the books – they will be available at the ‘smallest Waterstones in the UK.’

You will see snow flying around the Narnia-themed entrance and a giant pile of books in the courtyard as you enter a book-themed wonderland of talks, events, treats, fun and yummy food!

This is a fantastic pre-Christmas day out, where parents and grandparents can buy presents and stocking fillers for all the family.

For more details and to book tickets at £5 a session, visit dukesfestivalofstories.com.
