EH – WE HEART WORLD MENTAL HEALTH DAY

Posted: 10th October 2019

Wearing ‘mellow yellow’, the campaign colour representing enlightenment and happiness, all the Eaton House The Manor boys and girls said a big ‘no!’ to the stigma surrounding mental health issues and a big ‘yes!’ to supporting today’s World Mental Health Day.

They played their part by writing inspirational messages to create feelings of positivity and trying relaxing meditation to create a moment’s peace in a busy day.

Supporting this important day is part of Eaton House Schools’ ongoing commitment to the wellbeing of our pupils and their development as kind, mindful individuals who will always be sensitive about issues arising from mental health problems.

World Mental Health is observed every year with the overall objective of raising awareness of mental health issues and mobilizing efforts in support of better mental health.
